This notice provides information regarding course registration for the 2025 Spring Semester, specifically regarding credit exchange and the maximum number of credits per semester.

Chapter 3: Courses

Article 13-2 (Credit Exchange)
To promote academic openness and program enhancement, a credit exchange system is implemented with affiliated institutions or other graduate schools recognized by CAU Graduate School of Business Administration.

1. The maximum number of credits that can be taken from other programs within this graduate school is 12 credits, unless there is a special reason.
2. The maximum number of credits that can be taken from other graduate schools is 9 credits, unless there is a special reason.
3. Credit exchange with other graduate schools is only allowed if the required course is not offered at CAU Graduate School of Business Administration in that semester.
4. Students wishing to take courses from other graduate schools with a credit exchange agreement must obtain approval from the department chair and permission from both graduate school deans.
5. For international students, credit exchange for Korean language courses is allowed starting from the first semester, but these credits will not be counted towards graduation requirements.

※ Before applying, please confirm with the professor in charge of the course at the other graduate school to ensure enrollment availability.

Article 13-4 (Maximum Credits per Semester)

1. The maximum number of credits a student can register for each semester is 12 credits. However, if additional credits are required for graduation, students may take up to 15 credits with approval from the Dean.
2. For international students, Korean language courses are excluded from the semester credit limit.

▶ If you need to take more than 12 credits due to graduation requirements, you may apply for up to 15 credits.

• For regular course registration (up to 12 credits), please register directly through the course registration system.
• For additional credits (up to 15 credits), please complete the attached "수강신청서" (Course Registration Form) and send it via email to:sendo@cau.ac.kr.
