Theme:Digital Transformation for Better Lives

The 2024 Knowledge Exchange Days (KED) is an international forum designed to foster the exchange of ideas, best practices, and research on how digital transformation can improve lives across the globe. The event will bring together policymakers, industry experts, and scholars from various sectors to explore and discuss innovative strategies to tackle the challenges posed by the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

• Day 1 (October 31):

  • Opening Remarks (09:00)
    Delivered by a representative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), providing insights into Korea’s vision for digital transformation and the economy.

  • Welcoming Remarks (09:10)
    Address by KDI School of Public Policy and Management President, sharing the importance of knowledge exchange in digital innovation.

  • Keynote (09:20-10:00):
    Digitalization of the Korean Economy and Future Challenges
    Speaker: Chang Yong Rhee, Minister of Economy and Finance
