Overview

The CAU-Leader MBA program is designed for working professionals and is offered in weekday evenings and weekends. The program offers four specialization tracks: Marketing Communication, Media & Entertainment Management, Financial Information & Asset Management., and Business Analytics and Digital Transformation. In the first year, students are expected to take courses across different business disciplines, and in the second year, students will take courses from chosen specialization tracks.

The Marketing Communication track is designed to provide cutting-edge knowledge in marketing, by creatively combining related disciplines such as management, psychology, economics, statistics, and sociology, this program enables students to acquire advanced knowledge in marketing strategies and consumer communication. Through the program, students learn to analyze real-world marketing problems, formulate alternative marketing strategies, and make informed marketing decisions.

Media & Entertainment Management is an advanced program that aims to cultivate professionals with expertise in cultural arts, entertainment, and media. The program seeks to leverage traditional strengths of Chung-Ang University in theater, film, literature, advertising, photography, music, and fine arts.

Financial Information & Asset Management seeks to train specialized professionals with both theoretical and practical expertise. The program cooperates with financial institutions and industry experts both inside and outside the classrooms.

Business Analytics and Digital Transformation cultivates professionals with specialized knowledge in the field of business analytics and digital transformation while also equipping them with a solid foundation in general management.

General management track offers a balanced and cutting-edge education across various areas of business management to develop creative and globally competitive leaders. It includes two specialized areas of study: Human Resources/Organizations/Strategies and Management Science/Management Information Systems.
